1. Custom Product Appearance, Colors & Variations
Raniti LLC specializes in custom-designed and handmade paper products, including wedding invitations, event cards, and stationery. While we make every reasonable effort to accurately display product colors, textures, layouts, and finishes on our website, variations may occur due to:

Approved samples and final proofs represent the closest possible preview of the finished product. Minor variations, marks, or imperfections are inherent to handmade and printed paper goods and shall not be considered defects. To avoid last-minute shortages, customers are encouraged to order extra quantities.
2. Force Majeure (Events Beyond Our Control)
Raniti LLC shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, fire, flood, earthquake, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, import/export restrictions, labor disputes, supply shortages, power failures, technical malfunctions, or equipment breakdowns.
3. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss
All orders are shipped via third-party courier or logistics providers. Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the shipment leaves Raniti LLC’s facility. Raniti LLC is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage occurring during transit due to courier handling or external factors.
As a customer service courtesy, we may assist with filing claims with the courier company. Any claims for damaged shipments must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photographic evidence of the damage.
4. Proof Approval & Customer Responsibility
Raniti LLC serves clients worldwide across diverse languages, cultures, and religious traditions. All designs undergo internal quality checks; however, customers are provided with a “Ready for Printing” proof for final review and approval.
Final proof approval confirms customer acceptance of all text, spelling, dates, layout, design elements, and formatting. Raniti LLC shall not be responsible for errors discovered after approval. Reprints requested after approval may be accommodated at the customer’s expense, including redesign, production, and shipping charges, subject to feasibility.
5. Returns & Exchanges
All Raniti LLC products are custom-made and personalized. As such, returns and exchanges are not accepted once printing or production has begun.
6. Order Cancellations & Refund Policy
Due to the personalized nature of our products, orders are non-refundable once production has commenced.
If an order is canceled before production but after proof preparation, Raniti LLC may issue a partial refund less:

Costs incurred for raw materials already sourced for the order.
7. Customer Mailing & Third-Party Distribution
Raniti LLC is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs after products are mailed, couriered, or distributed by the customer to guests or third parties.
8. Pricing & Payment Terms
All prices listed on www.raniti.com are subject to change without prior notice. Orders are billed at the prices displayed at the time the order is placed. Pricing updates do not apply retroactively to confirmed orders.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this website—including designs, templates, images, graphics, text, and logos—is the exclusive intellectual property of Raniti LLC and is protected under U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without prior written consent.

Raniti LLC reserves the right to display completed designs, production samples, and invitation suites (which may include customer-specific details) on our website, portfolio pages, and social media platforms for marketing and promotional purposes. Customers may opt out by providing written notice prior to production.
